Our booking & cancellation polices are to provide better and more efficient service to all our clients.

Our promotions, offers and discounts
Must be redeem on a single service
Discounts are not to be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions and subject to availability.
No cash alternative is available.
Please show a valid ID card at reception (if applicable).
We reserve the right to remove any promotions,offers and discount at anytime.
- A 50% deposit is required when booking any future hair appointments at the Karen Wright Salon.
- Your deposit is only refundable if notice of cancellation is received 24hrs before your hair appointment.
- In the event that you are unable to pay your deposit at the time of making your appointment, our friendly receptionist will call 2 days before to secure your payment by card.
- In the event that no deposit has been paid to secure an appointment, we reserve the right to release your time slot to another client.
Booking & Deposit
Time is important to everyone. Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time. We kindly ask that any changes or cancellations are made within 24 hours of your scheduled appointment. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee of 50% of your scheduled appointment. Cancellations will not be accepted via e-mail.
Any appointment that a client fails to call and adjust or cancel will be considered a “no-show.” Any appointment that is cancelled without the requested 24 hours notice may also be considered under this policy.
Late Arrival Policy
We firmly believe in the value of your time and make a conscious effort to avoid long waiting periods in the salon. Thus, out of respect for our clientele, services for clients arriving more than fifteen minutes late will be honored only at salon discretion.(10% charge when 15 min late)
